- Advance Orders: We recommend placing orders at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure we can fulfill your request. For larger orders or special occasions, please contact us as early as possible.
- Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we'll confirm it via text or email. Your order is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation from us.
- Payment: We accept Zelle, cash on pickup, and cash on delivery. For Zelle payments, please include your order number in the memo.
- Pickup: We'll provide pickup details in your order confirmation. Please pick up your order within the agreed time window to ensure freshness.
- Delivery: Delivery availability depends on your location. We'll confirm delivery details when we confirm your order.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that plans change! We'll do our best to accommodate cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
- Quality Issues: We take pride in our baking. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us right away. We'll make it right - whether that's a replacement, refund, or credit toward your next order.
- No-Shows: If you don't pick up your order at the scheduled time without contacting us, we cannot offer a refund. Please let us know if your plans change!
Allergen Information
All of our products contain wheat (gluten).
Our baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen where we handle various ingredients. While we take care to maintain a clean workspace, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of:
- Dairy (cheese, butter)
- Eggs
- Nuts
- Soy
- Other allergens
If you have severe allergies or specific dietary concerns, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your needs.
