Our Story

It all started with a single sourdough starter, a bag of organic flour, and a whole lot of patience. What began as a kitchen experiment quickly became an obsession - and eventually, a way of life.

Why Sourdough?

There's something magical about sourdough. It's not just bread - it's a living thing. Our starter is like a member of the family at this point, fed and cared for daily. The slow fermentation process creates that distinctive tangy flavor and chewy texture that you just can't get any other way.

Plus, sourdough is easier to digest and has a lower glycemic index than regular bread. It's bread the way it was meant to be made - simple, honest, and full of character.
